Show our items on your live stream and sell them at your own price. When an item sells, buy it from us.

No charge for streaming in our store. You pay only for the items you buy.
No need to buy stock first.
Please book your time with us in advance.
Items stay on sale in our store during your live. To hold an item (as a rule, up to 3 days), please ask before you go live.

Authenticity guaranteedEvery item is appraised by our staff before sale. We guarantee the authenticity of items you buy from OKURA. If an item is not genuine, return it to us, and after we check it, we refund you right away.

A licensed shop since 1957We hold secondhand dealer licenses (古物商許可) from the Chiba and Tokyo Public Safety Commissions.

Your language is OKOur staff speak Japanese and some English. For Chinese and Tagalog, we use a translation app. Please message us in your language.

Terms for live sellers

Please read these points before you visit.

Price	Some items can be priced lower for live sellers. Please ask.
Payment	Various payment methods are available. Please ask.
Holding items	As a rule, we can hold items for up to 3 days. Need longer? Please ask.
Authenticity guarantee	If an item you bought from us turns out not to be genuine, return it to us. After we check the item, we refund you right away.
Shipping	After payment, we can ship items directly to your customer in Japan. We do not ship overseas. Please ask about the shipping fee.
Streaming space	Indoors in our store. Wi-Fi is available.

To sell used goods as a business in Japan, you may need a secondhand dealer license (古物商許可). Please ask your local police station.
Tax-free is not available for items bought for resale.
Our authenticity guarantee covers the person who buys the item from OKURA.
When you stream in our store, please do not show other customers. Ask our staff before you start.
We may not be able to accept live streams at busy times. Please book in advance.
